requestIds are available as a field in all our entities. It is a trouble shooting tool. The request ID can be included in support requests and it can also be used in the requestLogs entity for more information. The requestLogs response provides information about the status of jobs related to the request ID, lists of any errors, and more.
In the event of an issue where the response returns either an indexing error or if the lastSyncedBlock
returns -1
(or a slow response), the requestId
can be included when contacting us to report an issue. That will let us quickly review the query issue.
